DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT
The root reason why I got into this line of work is because of frustration.
I wanted to crack the code and understand why I didn’t initially progress in the gym and what I needed to do to make it happen. This frustration brewed a great passion, and has driven me to become as knowledgable as I now am.
Everything I do that’s related to improving body composition is a culmination of my personal and impersonal experiences, failure, success, mentorships and education, all from deep within the trenches.
I went through times of false hope and huge levels of disappointment despite all the hard work and sacrifices I made. My aim is to help others avoid the experience of disappointment I felt, by passing on all the lessens I’ve learnt.
